Sol Feinstone Health Office
Welcome to the website for the Sol Feinstone Health Office. My name is Mrs. Daniels, and I am the certified school nurse here at Sol Feintone Elementary. I am here in the Health Office at SFE on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. In my absence, Mrs. Jokic, our staff nurse will again be here assigned in the Health Office on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There are several pages on this website that I hope will be of interest and assistance to you. The webpages include; a page to download physical, dental and medication forms, and pages on wellness screenings, school health and wellness initiatives, illness prevention and hand washing, district policy on exclusion from school due to illness, Chartwells healthy snacks, safe food guidelines for the classrooms, dental and physical exam explanations, new Pa State vaccine recommendations, proactive head lice tips, medications in school.

Each of these forms are also available in the shelves in the hallway, immediately outside the Health Office, as well.
