Happy Holidays! School is a great place to be during the weeks leading up to the winter holiday break! We are blessed to have a great student body and faculty that plan events and balance the festivities with academics. Best wishes to our HMS families for a wonderful holiday season!
Half Way? It’s hard to believe that the half-way point of the school year is coming up quickly. January 20th marks the end of the second marking period. During this time of year we begin to make preparations for the next school year as we continue to maintain our focus on this year. Our current eighth grade students will participate in the high school program planning presentation provided by Council Rock High School – South administration on January 4th here at the school. In addition, our guidance counselors will provide clarification to the presentation through class meetings. Counselors will then meet with students individually to review their program selections for the 2017-2018 school year.
CR Education Week: We will be celebrating Council Rock Education Week
January 17-20. We look forward to parents visiting with us and spending some
time in class. We will also be hosting a few workshops for parents that we hope
will be of interest to you. As the date draws near, we will send formal
communication that includes details about this event.
Construction Update: Our current construction project is progressing well! We are looking forward to the opening of 8 new classroom and 3 new Science labs in January. If you subscribe to our Instagram account (hollandmiddle) you can see some updated pictures of the project.
