Reporting an Absence
 
State law requires that a parent or guardian must provide an absent note for each missed day of school.  The note should include the student's name, date(s) of the absence, and the reason for the absence.  View the Council Rock Attendance Policy here.
 
An educational family trip must be excused using our printable Educational Family Trip form below, and cannot be submitted online. Please return to the school's main page to access the printable Educational Family Trip form.
 
 
There are 3 ways that you can report a student's absence.

1.   Online Absence Form
The first time you access this area of our site, you'll need to take a minute to become a registered Rolling Hills parent.

2.   Printable Absence Form
Click the link below to access the printable absence form. Print it, fill it in, and send it into school in your child's folder.

3.    Handwritten Note
You can hand write or type a note and send it in your child's folder.  Please include your child's first and last name, the date(s) of the absence, and the reason for the absence.
