  • FOURTH MARKING PERIOD REPORT CARDS

    Report cards will be released to the Home Access Center (HAC) at 4:00pm on Wednesday, June 20th.Teacher assignments for the 2018-2019 school year for all students will be available in HAC in late August.

  • LAST DAY FOR STUDENTS: JUNE 20TH

    The last day of school is Wednesday, June 20th, and it is an early dismissal for students. The final day for PM Kindergarten is Tuesday, June 19th. The AM Kindergarten class will attend on the final day on Wednesday, June 20th.

  • THE RE-UNITED STATES OF AMERICA PLAY

    The play (The Re-United States of America) was written by a teacher, Kerry Gallagher and her mother, Sherrill S. Cannon. They gathered information about each state/capital and then transformed it into rhyme! Then their (4th grade) grade level chose songs that would go with each region for the children to sing…a favorite being the finale: Tour the States ( by Renald Francoeur)...

  • SECOND GRADE WAX MUSEUM

    The second grade Wax Museum was held on Wednesday, May 23rd. Students researched a famous person, learned patriotic songs and performed for their families. Several grade levels visited second grade classrooms and interacted with the student “statues” and learned all about famous political figures, athletes, and scientists, just to name a few. Our own retired music teacher, Debbi Bacak, returned to accompany the students for the evening performance!

  • CES HONORS ALUM WITH MEGAN'S CORNER

    Churchville Elementary honored the life of one of its alums on Wednesday, May 23 with the dedication of a very special space in their school's library. Megan's Corner is a new bookshelf dedicated to Megan Longo Villanella, former Churchville student and daughter of longtime Churchville teacher Connie Longo and her CR high school teacher husband Derek Longo. The bookshelf is a lasting tribute to Megan, who passed away just over a year ago...
