• Spring Swimming Clinic
     
    The purpose of the spring swimming clinic is to focus specifically on stroke mechanics, starts, and turns over a four week period.
     
    Week #1: Freestyle
    Week #2: Backstroke
    Week #3: Breaststroke
    Week #4: Butterfly
     
    Schedule:
    Classes run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
     
    Prerequisites:
    Must be able to swim Freestyle and Backstroke 25 yards with correct breathing and armstroke.
     
    Spring Swimming Pre-Summer Workout Program
     
    The purpose of the Pre-Summer Workout program is to prepare the swimmers for the upcoming summer swim season.  The coaches will contine to reinforce technique while working primarily on training.
