    A 1986 graduate of the University of Iowa, Marcia Pankratz was the University of Michigan Field Hockey Coach from 1996 to 2005.  While there, her accomplishments included:
     
  • Three-time NFHCA West Region Coach of the Year (1999, 2000 and 2003)
  • 2001 NCAA champion
  • 1999 NCAA National runner-up finish
  • Three-time Big Ten Tournament champions (1999, 2000, 2004)
  • Five-time Big Ten regular-season champions (1997, 2000, '02, '03. 04)
  • Three-time Big Ten Coach of the Year (1997, 2000, '02)
  • Winningest coach in U-M field hockey history
  • First coach in U-M field hockey history to guide program to four consecutive 15-win seasons
  • Coached 11 different Wolverines to 19 All-America citations
  •  
    She's formed a company, 4-Goals (www.4goals.net) to help high school athletes and their families navigate the seemingly overwhelming waters of the college recruiting process.
