This is a great web site for both phonemic awareness and phonics. The songs are sweet and the stories are short.

Check out the bottom of this page for short fluency phrases. They are very much like the Great Leaps phrases your child uses at school.
Scholastic has mini books that allow you and your child to practice fluency together in a fun way.
