All About Me!Hello! My name is Kelly Burdette. I currently work in the Council Rock School District at Holland Elementary School, where I have been a special education teacher for the past 14 years! I went to college at Temple University (GO OWLS!) where I became certified in both elementary and special education. I continued my education at Temple in order to receive my Masters in Education. I too studied at the University of Galway, Ireland for a semester abroad. I look forward to many more exciting and rewarding experiences in education!Some things you should know about me is that I have a fabulous daughter, Ryan, and a super dog named Pickle. Family is super important to me! Ryan and Pickle are best buds! I too LOVE coffee milkshakes, going on hikes, playing basketball, playing kickball, and coaching Ryan's soccer and basketball teams. Me, Ryan, and Pickle all love going to eat at Jules pizza, then going to Shadybrook to play on the playground and eat some ice cream! We also LOVE the beach and doing anything outside!Last but not least, I love my job and truly feel so, so lucky to be doing what I am doing! I look forward to working with such super students and wonderful staff and community. I'm excited for a great school year! Whoo hoo!
