Any physical exam that was completed after the first day of the student's 10th grade year fulfills this requirement. 

Physical exams include: annual exams done by the family physician, a driver's ed physical, or a sports physical.

All 11th graders must have a physical on file by the last day of their 11th grade year.

All new registrations to the district must also have a current physical on file.
