Course Objective

  • This course is designed to help the student understand the nature and kinds of today’s laws. Emphasis is placed on business and consumer law: torts, crimes, law for the minor, law for the business firm, offer and acceptance, legal agreement, consideration, void and voidable agreements, contractual forms, discharge of contracts, and breach of contracts. Hypothetical cases and actual court cases are used to help develop the student’s ability to analyze and discuss the issues presented.
