Welcome to Latin Club! This club is open to ALL students in grades 9-12, regardless of their studied language. In Latin club, we do a variety of activities, all of which explore and celebrate Roman culture.

2021-2022 Meetings
Attendance is not mandatory; as long as you are a paid member, you are considered to be in the Latin Club!! This year's meeting dates are as follow:
September 30th - Join us for our general membership meeting! (and cake.)
October 27th - Join as we make Skeletoni and feast on Halloween candy.
November 17th - Create tasty mosaic art in the tradition of the Ancient Romans.
December 15th - Join us as we celebrate the ancient festival of Saturnalia by creating edible dormice.
February 9th - We will create Latin love poems and enjoy Valentine's Day treats.
March 15th - Commemorate the Ides of March.
May 14th - Field Trip to Adventure Aquarium!!!!
June 2nd - Roman Reenactment and Field Day.

This club is open to all 9th-12th grade students interested in Roman culture and the Latin language. Usually, members are taking or have taken Latin, but this is NOT a requirement.
