The Office of K-12 Education oversees educational programming, child accounting, central registration, oversees the ISDS Department and coordinates before and aftercare services with the Champions Program.
Council Rock has ten elementary schools servicing students in grades K-6. Our half-day kindergarten program has a morning session and an afternoon session. Two high schools (grades 9-12) and two middle schools (grades 7-8) make up Council Rock’s secondary education program. Our high schools are fully comprehensive in both the academic and co-curricular offerings presented. The middle school program provides a transitional experience between elementary and high school through a teaming environment.
In addition, the district offers one alternative high school setting for our students. We take great pride in the excellent educational program provided in all of our schools and are committed to striving for high academic achievement and positive social/emotional development for every student we serve.
