    Monday

    #1- Grooming skills:

    • Put on deodorant
    • Brush your teeth
    • Wash your face
    • Comb your hair
    • Use the toilet
    • Wash your hands

    #2- Morning Meeting:

    #3- Music Class: Options to choose from

    #4- Work Time: About 1 hour long

    • Select 1-3 IEP goals or special skills to work on, one at a time, for about 1 hour. Allow for work breaks as needed.
    • Work activities may include:
      • IXL Math. There is a website and iPad app that can be used.
        • Username: FirstNameLastName
        • Password: Student Account Number (same as pin code used for lunch)
      • Check your email: read any new emails and send a reply (if necessary).

    #5- Food Prep:

    • Help your parents and family members set up for lunch.
    • Set the table by obtaining:
      • Plate
      • Napkin
      • Drink cup
    • Follow directions (verbal, picture, or written) to make your lunch.

    #6- Eat your Lunch and then help Clean Up

    • Put dirty dishes in sink or dishwasher
    • Put drinking cup in sink or dishwasher
    • Throw out any trash
    • Clean the table with a wet cloth
    • Use a broom/brush to sweep up crumbs on your chair or floor area

    #7- Free Time: Choose a fun activity to participate in for 30 mins:

    • Watching videos on YouTube
    • Using your iPad or computer to access a fun app or website
      • com, FunBrain.com, PBSKids.org, Starfall.com, etc.
    • Going for a walk around your house/yard/neighborhood
    • Using home exercise equipment
    • Having a catch with a parent/sibling

    #8- Mindfulness Relaxation Time:

    • Vacuum a room in your house
    • Use a Lysol wipe/spray to clean:
      • Kitchen tables and counter tops
      • Bathroom sink
      • Door handles and railings
      • Mop the kitchen floor
    • Clean windows
    • Help wash your parents’ car(s)
    • Yard Work: pick up sticks, use leaf blower, rake leaves, water the plants/garden
    • Clean your room
    • Make your bed
    • Help organize and put items away in closets, playrooms, bedrooms, garage, basement
    • Fold laundry
    • Put shirts on hangers/put clothes in closet or dresser drawers
    • Load the dishwasher or clothing washer

      • Baseball, basketball, football, soccer, kickball, hockey, etc.
        • Throw and catch a football/baseball/softball
        • Shoot some hoops with a basketball
        • Kick/hit a ball back and forth with at least one other person (soccer/hockey)
      • Exercises- pushups or wall pushups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, jog in place, long steps (lunges)
      • Stretches- touch your toes, reach to the sky, upper body twists, head/neck rolls, stretch your arms: across your body & behind your back.
