    Pre-Bid Conference:  There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held via teleconference at 2:30 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 via GoTo Meeting. Attendance of all Prime Contract Bidders is mandatory. See specifications to view/access the pre-bid conference.
