CRN Sports Medicine

  • As of 6/1/2017 you must login to ATS to complete the pre-participation packet.  This includes recertification for the winter and spring season.  It is VERY easy to complete on-line.  

    In ATS you can complete all physical paperwork except Section 6, the physician page.  You can print out and upload Section 6 into ATS eliminating the need to send in paper forms. 

     

    Every student has been assigned a login and password.  To login and complete the student paperwork, go to:

    ATS Portal

    User Name: CR Student Number

    Password: CRN_1

      

     

    ***PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD THE FIRST TIMIE YOU LOGIN AND LET YOUR ATHLETE KNOW THE NEW PASSWORD AS THEY NEED IT TO LOGIN AT THE ATHLETIC TRAINING ROOM***
