COUNCIL ROCK 2023 SUMMER ACADEMY
CR 2023 Summer Academy Overview
The Council Rock Summer Academy is back this year to offer both academic and enrichment programs for students in rising grades 1-12.
Invitations are sent for participation in academic courses based on school team recommendations. Criteria for recommendations include those students who participated in the federally funded programs of Title I or Title III this year, have received literacy and/or math support or those students who would benefit from time revisiting the priority standards introduced during the current school year.
Federal funds allow us to, once again, offer our academic courses at no cost to families. Invitations will be sent via email to families in mid-late March to register. While participation is encouraged, it is not mandatory and families have the option to decline attending those recommended courses.
The enrichment programs offer students opportunities to extend their school year learning and creatively explore personal interests.
