Membership Requirements Check List: 

Student:

• Complete a Ski Trip Google Form for all trips you want to attend. It is not necessary to attend all three trips:

                    To avoid access issues, please use your school-issued Chromebook to sign up!

• Trip 1 - January 28 2023:

• Complete the Student Code of Conduct and Skier Responsibility Contract (coming soon)

Parent:

• Paper copy of the Medical/Emergency Form turned in with payment  (pick up a copy in the counseling center or print from link below)

• Payment for all trips upfront: Add the cost of all three trips together. Do not forget to include rental and food costs if selected. (prices/costs are indicated in the Trip Google Form and Website under general information.)

                       Checks made payable to CRN Ski Club are to be submitted to Ms. Maccarella in the counseling office (East side, Front)
