S.A.G.E.

Council Rock has the fortune of being the school district where the Senior Adults for Greater Education was founded more than twenty-five years ago.  SAGE epitomizes "giving back" to the community by connecting senior volunteers with schools to support teachers, engage seniors, and enrich education. 

SAGE puts experienced, knowledgeable volunteers directly in the classroom with students and teachers, who welcome the support. This mutually beneficial relationship builds community and directly fulfills our goal of providing for students through "Classroom, Community, and Culture."
