2026 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS ADVERTISEMENTS:

Electronic Contract Documents:  To Bid the Project, prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA by contacting dei@chasolutions.com.  Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per project. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to “CHA” and mailed to 1 E. Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018.  Cash will not be accepted.  Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: contract(s) you are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address.  Documents will be available on January 26, 2026.

Due to inclement weather an addendum has been issued for the following bid openings, which have been rescheduled for Thursday February 26, 2026:

• CRSD High School North & Newtown Middle School Paving & Sidewalk Repairs – 9:00 A.M.
• CRSD Sail Building Siding, Roof and Window Replacement – 10:00 A.M.
• Walt Snyder Stadium Lights Replacement – 11:00 A.M.

The following projects were School Board Approved on Thursday, March 19, 2026:
