Homestead Farmstead Exclusions

Pursuant to Act 1 and as a result of the Gambling Revenue, the assessed value of properties qualifying as a homestead or a farmstead will be reduced.  The process of application for Homestead/Farmstead exclusion is through Bucks County Board of Assessment.
