Real Estate and Occupational Tax

COUNCIL ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT TAX INFORMATION

Real Estate Tax is the primary source for funding the operation of Council Rock School District.  The tax is based on an assessed valuation, as determined by the Bucks County Board of Assessment, of all taxable property within the School District’s 5 municipalities.

The Real Estate and Occupation Taxes are billed and collected by local tax collectors.   All tax certification requests need to be submitted to the local tax collector.  The local tax collectors for Council Rock School District are:
