Central Registration

Please read this page in full before proceeding so you have the necessary information and documentation required to complete registration.

Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year is open and ongoing.

Registration is Online
The Council Rock School District utilizes a secure online portal for a parent(s) to enroll their child(ren). Please ensure you have all required documents ready before starting the enrollment process below. The application functions best in the Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop.  Do not register your child if they currently attend a Council Rock school.

Your child is NOT registered until all documents have been received, reviewed by central registration, and the final registration document has been signed by the parent. June 1st is the deadline to guarantee placement in your child's home school. * Due to spacing issues at Wrightstown Elementary, we are unable to guarantee placement in this school. The following document requirements are set forth by the PA Department of Education, Enrollment of Students statute 24 P.S. §13-1301 – §13-1306.

Required Enrollment Documentation

Council Rock shall require that the following information be documented before enrolling the child and allowing the child to attend school:

1. Proof of the child's age: Any one of the following constitutes acceptable documentation:

  • birth certificate;
  • a valid passport;
  • baptismal certificate;

2. Immunizations required by law:   Either one of the following constitutes acceptable documentation:

  • the child’s immunization record
  • a written statement from the former school district or from a medical office that the required immunizations have been administered, or that a required series is in progress,

There are certain exceptions to this requirement for students who have medical/religious exemptions, are homeless, who are moving or transferring into a school in the commonwealth, or who are in foster care and are not able to provide immunization records at the time of enrollment. Please consult the PA Department of Education's School Immunization Requirements BEC for more information. 

3. Parent or Guardian Photo ID

4. Proof of residency: Any FOUR of the following constitutes acceptable documentation:

  • a deed,
  • a lease,
  • current utility bill,
  • current credit card bill,
  • property tax bill,
  • vehicle registration,
  • driver’s license,
  • Department of Transportation identification card; or a
  • A piece of mail sent by the federal or state government such as benefits information, voter registration, or tax document.

Students experiencing homelessness are not required to prove residency to enroll in school. These students should be enrolled without delay in the district where they are presently residing or continue their education in their district of origin. Instructions for Uploading Documents:

  • Only .pdfs will be accepted as a file format
  • Keep each file under 3 MB.
  • If the document is too large, an error will be shown. If this happens, it is best to individually scan each page to keep the file under 3 MB.
  • Each file must have a name to indicate to what information is in the document (e.g. ‘Immunizations’, ‘Birth Certificate’, etc.)
  • Unreadable documents will need to be resubmitted
  • If you have issues uploading documents, you can email them to registration@crsd.org.
