DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Council Rock Office of Community Relations is dedicated to keeping the lines of communication open throughout the District and within the entire Council Rock community.  Our goal is to be clear, concise, and current.  To that end, we have numerous ways for the community, both within and outside of the District, to stay connected. 

In an effort to provide accurate and timely information, Council Rock uses specific platforms to communicate directly to families, parents, students, and the community.  These include the Council Rock website, Blackboard and Canvas messaging, and official CR social media pages. 

The public should be aware that social media platforms that are not maintained by the District may contain misleading or inaccurate information. The District does not endorse or monitor the content on such out-of-district accounts and platforms. If you question the accuracy of what you are seeing or reading, please contact your child's school for verification.

CR WEEKLY NEWS UPDATE LIBRARY 

The CR Weekly News Update is an electronic newsletter that is published every Friday. This weekly publication covers timely and informative content from across the district.

CR school community members look to the CR Weekly News Update to see reminders about upcoming holidays and early dismissals, view Board Meeting dates and noteworthy actions from recent meetings, read great news from around our schools, receive helpful information on student wellness/ health topics, get updates on Council Rock Education Foundation news and events, and review community flyers.
