Actions
Once the district core literacy team reviewed the priorities from the needs assessment and developed goals, work began to create an action plan to improve the identified areas of need. The timeline was set to span a three-year period and is reviewed through frequent meetings to monitor progress and modify actions based on needs or successes. The Action Plans provided are subject to change. Updates on completion of actions will be posted periodically through the year and a summary will be posted at the completion of every school year.
