Applicant Information

All application materials are accepted online.  Upon completion of your online application and the submission of all required uploaded documents, your application will be screened.  Those successfully screened will be invited to participate in a structured screening interview. 

Professional Screening Process:

• Phase 1 - Initial Application, Online Centralized Screening
• Phase 2 – Building Interviews
• Phase 3 – Centralized Office Interview
• Phase 4 – School Board Approval

In order to begin the process of joining the Council Rock School District, you must complete the on-line Phase 1- Initial Application. After you have submitted your application, your application will be reviewed. You can apply to our building level job postings only if you have submitted a fully completes Phase I - Initial Application for Professional Staff. Any offer will be contingent upon you passing our centralized screening process. 

• CRSD uses SchoolSpring for online applications.  Click the "Apply" button and create an account or log into an existing account.   
• If you have previously passed the CRSD screening process, you still need to create a new application on SchoolSpring. You will have an opportunity to designate on your application that you have passed the screening.  Please also email hrdept@crsd.org to let us know that you have entered a Phase I application and we need to enter your screening scores.
