Please see the link above to review Council Rock's proposed Special Education Plan for 2025-2028.
The Special Education Plan is a compliance document required to be submitted to the state every three years. This document does not encompass all of the initiatives and accomplishments of the department but, rather, answers compliance questions posed by the state.
To ensure this compliance document is as thorough and comprehensive as possible, several meetings with stakeholders were held over the course of the prior months to discuss the areas of Least Restrictive Environment (p. 12-16), Positive Behavior Support (p. 18-19), and Special Education Personnel Development (p. 339-354). I
f you have any comments or input for the proposed plan, please contact the department at specialservices@crsd.org. A hard copy of this plan is available at the front desk of Chancellor Center in the event any member of the public would like to review it in that format.
Thank you for partnering with us to ensure the most effective services possible are provided to our students.
