First-Time Log-In Instructions for the Employee Access Portal

  • Use the link on the Online Staff Resources page of to get to the Employee Access Portal
  • When the okta login screen comes up, enter your Council Rock Email in the Username box,
  • then click Next




  • Enter your network password, then click Sign In:




  • At Stay signed in, click either Yes or No




  • You must register to get in.
  • Enter the information that the screen is looking for: Name, DOB, last 4 digits of SSN, etc
  • Once you data has been verified with your record in Munis, the system will log you in.
  • This is a one-time process and will not need to be done after initial login.
