Password Help
Welcome to the CRSD Password Help page. Your network password is the key to accessing important digital resources, including Microsoft accounts, email, Google accounts (such as Chromebooks), Canvas, and more. This page will guide you through setting up password recovery options to ensure you can quickly regain access if you forget your password. You will also find step-by-step instructions for securely resetting your password when needed. Taking a few minutes to review and follow these steps will help keep your account accessible and protected.

Reset Password
In order to reset your own password, you must FIRST set up password recovery in ClassLink. There are two options: via phone or via security question. At least ONE option must be chosen to perform a self-service password reset.
Once recovery has been set up, you have two options to reset your password using ClassLink: via a phone number, or using security questions.
Still Having Issues?
If you are still having difficulty with setting up password recovery or resetting your password, please do the following:
- FACULTY & STAFF: Enter a SherpaDesk ticket ASAP. If you cannot enter your own ticket, see your Admin office to put one in on your behalf.
- STUDENTS: Ask your teacher to reset your password via ClassLink. If you cannot reach a teacher, please enter a SherpaDesk ticket and a support technician will be in touch.
