    CHROMEBOOK SUPPORT 

    Effective Monday, October 26th, the district is asking students and parents to utilize the link below to report a district-assigned Chromebook device issue. This new system replaces the chromesupport@crsd email system. The two biggest advantages to this system are that the ticket will go directly to a technician, and the parent/student will be able to see the status of the tickets they have entered.

    Please see the following additional information from the IT department:

    Students and parents will use the new ticket system to submit a ticket for help. It will also allow them to see the status of the existing tickets.

    To use the system, you will need to set up an account. This will require a unique email address, school name, first and last name, and phone number. Help ticket requests must also include a student ID and a brief description of the issue.

    To see the status of a ticket that was submitted, you will log in with an email address and password (set during account creation).

    The IT department will continue to monitor the chromesupport email address but will refer parents/students to the ticketing system. You can access the SherpaDesk ticket system at any time by going to the CR Reopening Hub.
