    Welcome back 4th graders!  I hope you had a terrific summer!  I can't wait to hear about all of the fun things that you did!  I am really looking forward to working with you this year!  I have many exciting activities and learning experiences planned for you.    

    This year, we will be using the language arts program, Journeys, for our reading and writing instruction.  In math, you will learn even more about multiplication, division, decimals, measurement, geometry, and fractions with our Bridges math program.  In social studies, we will have fun learning about our great state of Pennsylvania and the regions of the United States.  Science involves many experiments, observations and discoveries.  Some of the topics that we will be learning about are Energy, Rocks, Soil & Landforms, and Animal Studies.

    As you can see, we have so much to accomplish this year.  I hope that you had a wonderful summer and I look forward to a great school year!
