    Emergency Information

Since the emergency information included on the demographic page on HAC is essential for maintaining contact with parents and guardians, it is recommended that parents and guardians notify the school promptly when there are changes in home or business telephone numbers by logging into HAC. Please remember to determine whether or not your child may receive Tylenol (Acetaminophen) as needed in school, by checking the YES or NO tab and dating your response.  Please note that Advil (Ibuprofen) may not be administered to elementary  students without a doctor's note.

    **ALLERGY ALERT**

    Maureen M. Welch Elementary
    is a peanut/nut SAFE school.

Please be sure to check with your child's teacher regarding birthday treats because our school policy has changed. All snacks sent to school that are intended for classroom sharing must be peanut/nut free. They must be store-bought and include the ingredients label. Please read the ingredients labels carefully before sending in a snack, checking to be sure that the snack or treat does not contain any nuts and that it was not processed on machinery that processes nut products. Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be served.

There is a peanut/nut free table in the lunchroom.
