Welcome to 2nd Grade
 

Dear Parents,                                        

         I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and share some information.  My name is Jill Newman, and I will be your child’s Second Grade teacher!  I am a resident of Richboro and have a wonderful husband and a twenty-six year old son who recently got engaged!  You will probably see me around town so please don’t ever hesitate to say hello.  I have had the privilege of teaching at Richboro Elementary School since the building opened in 1989!  
 
     As the summer is quickly coming to an end and you begin to prepare for the coming year. please take a few minutes to email me any information that you would like to share about your son or daughter.  Please let me know if your child has a nickname so that I can print this name on their name tags.
 
   The first day of school can be both exciting and scary for the children.  I will do my best to alleviate their fears as I have many fun activities planned for the first week of school.  Please take a minute to check out my website.  I have listed the recommended school supplies that you may consider purchasing over the summer.  

Your child can bring in their supplies during our Meet and Greet day.

Please send in a healthy small snack each day along with a water bottle with your child's name on it.  

 I am looking forward to working with your son or daughter this school year.  Please feel free to contact me at any time!
