Any athlete interested in joining the team, should contact Coach Abbott. Key dates are listed below:

• Thursday, July 7th - Optional Summer Practices Begin
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays, 7:30am-8:45ish starting at North's track
  • Notifications for any weather cancellations will be made through the team's remind texts
• Thursday, August 4th - All Required Paperwork Due
  • All forms must be submitted online
  • Physical Exams must be dated after 6/1/22
• Monday, August 15th - Tryouts/Mandatory Practices Begin
  • Monday-Friday, 7am-10ish starting at North's track
  • Athletes may not attend until paperwork has been submitted and cleared
  • These are required practices - please plan work/day trips/appointments accordingly
• Monday, August 29th - Afternoon Practices Begin
  • Once school begins for freshmen, all practices will be held after school from 2:45-5pm
  • All practices are mandatory as are meets (a schedule will be sent out once finalized)
