• CURRICULUM & INSTRUCTION OVERVIEW

The Council Rock School District has a longstanding tradition of academic excellence and an unwavering commitment to high standards for our students. Our curriculum is a carefully designed set of educational courses and learning experiences intended to achieve specific learning outcomes in knowledge, skills, and attitudes. It encompasses a structured sequence of learning objectives, content, instructional strategies, assessment methods, and resources that guide the teaching and learning process. The primary goal of our curriculum is to provide a cohesive and comprehensive plan for learning that ensures students achieve the desired outcomes.

Our curriculum is informed by various national, state, and local policies and standards. To learn more about state standards, please visit the Pennsylvania Standards Aligned System website and search under the standards tab. You can easily search by subject area and grade level.
