Submit to the Rock Report

Council Rock publishes a weekly newsletter, The Rock Report, every Monday of the week during the academic school year (September through June), except for school closures during winter break.
The Rock Report is a courtesy publication containing information about events, activities, and announcements relevant to Council Rock families and the community.
The Rock Report does not advertise solicitations or include information for external organizations not affiliated with Council Rock. For more information, please contact Andrea Mangold at amangold@crsd.org.
Council Rock retains the right to determine the suitability of material submitted for the Rock Report. Council Rock can decline any submission that it deems inappropriate for the community or contains any of the following:
- Solicitations for business;
- Advertisement for for-profit activities or services;
- Advertisements for professional services;
- Language and/or graphics depicting gambling, alcohol, or other activities prohibited by Board Policy or Administrative Regulation;
- Submissions from an external organization or individual not affiliated with the Council Rock School District.
Before submitting to the Rock Report, please be aware of the following requirements:
- Check that your information is complete and accurate and that any included links work.
- Council Rock will not edit/correct/check links in your submission. Submissions will be printed exactly as received.
- Attached documents must be in PDF form, and images must be in .jpeg or .png format.
- TEACHERS/STAFF: You are responsible for checking publicity exclusions before submitting student photos.
- Submitting parties are responsible for formatting, editing, links, and all content.
- The Rock Report is shared weekly with exceptions due to holidays or other calendar changes.
- SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 3 PM ON THURSDAY.
- Submissions received after this deadline will appear in the following weekly edition.
Council Rock retains sole determination on the contents of the Rock Report and the right to reject any submission. Space issues may alter the appearance of some submissions.
