    FACILITIES USE APPLICATION PROCESS

     

    FORMS AND POLICIES

    APPLICATION PROCESS

    • Procure application and submit at least 30 days prior to requested use to Pauline Borgia via fax 215-942-4653 or email to pborgia@crsd.org.
       
    • Completed applications for seasonal gym or field use should be sent directly to Pauline Borgia
    • Non-seasonal applications may be sent directly to the building for initial approval
    • Provide current Certificate of Liability Insurance 2-3 weeks before approved use to Pauline Borgia
    • Usage fees are due within ten days of the approved use
    •  Custodial charges will be billed after the use and are due within 10 days of invoice
