         Welcome to the English Language Development (ELD) at Newtown and Wrightstown Elementary School!  My name is Shanyn Heubeck, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with English Learners in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the ELD program in Council Rock.  I look forward to learning together!  

     

         Council Rock School District is proud to have a diverse  population of students who speak another language. Currently there are more than 30 languages represented in our schools. This infusion of cultures and ethnic customs provides multiple cultural  learning experiences for Council Rock staff, students, and also our district communities  of Newtown Borough, Newtown Township, Northampton Township, Wrightstown Township, and Upper Makefield Township.
