The mission of Goodnoe Elementary School is to instill and maintain a positive, respectful and effective learning environment for all students.

We will provide this through the implementation of PBIS, which promotes the following:

1. Development of clearly defined and consistent student expectations and accountability.
2. Communication and collaboration between administration, staff, students, families and community.
3. Data is reviewed and shared with administration, staff and students on a regular basis and is used to respond flexibly to Goodnoe’s needs.
