Parents and guardians often wonder where to turn if they have a question or concern regarding their child or other school issues. Use this guide to help you navigate through our District to find the quickest way to resolve your issue.
Classroom Problem? Start with your child's teacher. They are in the best position to address classroom-related issues and know your child and family best. If the problem is beyond the teacher's area of expertise or control, the teacher will refer you to the school counselor or correct staff member.
Not able to resolve your problem with the teacher? Next, try the school principal, who will usually be able to resolve your problem. You can call or email your principal directly. Phone numbers and email addresses for principal's should be found on each school's individual website.
Not able to resolve your problem at the building level? You might be referred to a member of the Council Rock Central Office staff or administration. Consult our list of departments on our website to determine the most appropriate person or department to contact, or call the Council Rock main number at 215-944-1000.
Problem not resolved through the above channels? Contact the Office of the Superintendent at 215-944-1000.
